I recently joined the Sacred Release Portal with Christine, and the next morning, I woke up feeling lighter, as if a weight I had carried for years had finally dissolved. I had noticeably more energy and clarity.

Normally, I rely on my morning practices to feel grounded and energized, but after the portal I woke up feeling already aligned, uplifted, and clear. My practices became a choice instead of a necessity, and that shift alone felt like a profound liberation.

Christine is an amazing guide for the journey into safe release of the heart-er emotions. She excels at leading and making everyone feel seen, heard, safe and supported. since the workshop, I feel much better. They helped me become more self aware on a deeper level and to move that energy in a different way.

my biggest takeaway is That not releasing pent up energy was actually making me creatively constipated.

After I released, I immediately started having creative downloads :)

i recommend this to any women who has a difficult time honouring and releasing their rage and frustration and/or has a hard time feeling safe in expressing those ways.
